چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش، تعیین اثربخشی حساسیتزدایی از طریق حرکات چشم و پردازش مجدد بر بهبود اختلالات اضطرابی دانشآموزان آزاردیده جنسی بود. روش پژوهش، از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. به این منظور، 14 نوجوان دختر آزاردیده جنسی با دامنه سنی 12 تا 18 سال بهروش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. دادهها در مرحله پیشآزمون با استفاده از مقیاس اضطراب مرتبط با اختلالات هیجانی در کودکان و نوجوانان (SCARED-71) جمعآوری شد. سپس درمان حساسیتزدایی از طریق حرکات چشم و پردازش مجدد بین 5 تا 8 جلسه برای گروه آزمایشی اجرا شد و در پایان از تمام افراد گروه آزمایشی و کنترل، پسآزمون گرفته شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیلکوواریانس چندمتغیری تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که درمان حساسیتزدایی از طریق حرکات چشم و پردازش مجدد در بهبود اختلالات اضطرابی افراد آزاردیده جنسی، در مقیاسهای وحشتزدگی، اضطراب فراگیر، وسواسی-اجباری و استرس پس-آسیبی مؤثر است. بنابراین نتیجه میگیریم درمان حساسیتزدایی از طریق حرکات چشم و پردازش مجدد برای بهبود این دسته از اختلالات مؤثر است. | ||
