چکیده
گسترش سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی در مشهد و آسیب‌پذیری آن‌ها در برابر مخاطرات اقلیمی، بازاندیشی در الگوهای تاب‌آوری را ضروری ساخته است. اقتصاد چرخشی با تأکید بر بهینه‌سازی منابع و کاهش ضایعات، ظرفیت بالقوه‌ای برای تقویت این تاب‌آوری دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی نقش مؤلفه‌های اقتصاد چرخشی در تاب‌آوری اقلیمی سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی و بررسی میانجی‌گری عوامل نهادی، اجتماعی و زیرساختی انجام شد. داده‌های کمی از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته از ۳۹۸ خانوار در سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی مشهد (نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای-تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای) گردآوری و با SmartPLS تحلیل شدند. داده‌های کیفی نیز از ۱۸ مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان محلی و با روش تحلیل مضمون بررسی شدند. اقتصاد چرخشی هم به‌صورت مستقیم (β=0.31، p<0.001) و هم با میانجی‌گری عوامل نهادی، اجتماعی و زیرساختی بر تاب‌آوری اقلیمی تأثیر مثبت و معنادار داشت. اقتصاد چرخشی تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری بر ظرفیت نهادی (0.47)، آگاهی زیست‌محیطی (0.52) و زیرساخت‌های محلی (0.44) داشت (p<0.001). این سه متغیر میانجی به ترتیب با ضرایب 0.21، 0.29 و 0.26 بر تاب‌آوری اقلیمی اثر گذاشتند. اثر کل اقتصاد چرخشی بر تاب‌آوری اقلیمی 0.674 و مجموع اثرات غیرمستقیم (0.364) از اثر مستقیم بزرگ‌تر بود. شبکه‌های اجتماعی غیررسمی، استفاده مجدد از مصالح و سازوکارهای خودسازمان‌ده محلی نقش کلیدی در تقویت این رابطه ایفا کردند. اقتصاد چرخشی در بافت غیررسمی به‌عنوان سازوکاری انطباقی و خودجوش عمل کرده و می‌تواند تاب‌آوری اقلیمی را حتی در شرایط ضعف حمایت رسمی ارتقا دهد. این امر ضرورت توجه سیاست‌گذاران به ظرفیت‌های درونی و الگوهای بومی در مدیریت شهری و برنامه‌ریزی اقلیمی را نشان می‌دهد.
