اولویت‌بندی پروژه‌های بازآفرینی پایدار در بافت تاریخی کاشان با رویکرد ترکیبی

چکیده
بافت‌های تاریخی، به‌عنوان گنجینه‌های فرهنگی و معماری، با چالش‌های ناشی از مدرنیزاسیون و تخریب مواجه هستند. مدیریت پروژه‌های بازآفرینی در این بافت‌ها نیازمند ابزارهای تصمیم‌گیری متناسب با اصول پایداری است. این پژوهش به دنبال ارائه رویکردی ترکیبی برای اولویت‌بندی پروژه‌های بازآفرینی پایدار در بافت تاریخی کاشان است. هدف این پژوهش، ارائه یک رویکرد ترکیبی SWARA-Fuzzy SAW برای اولویت‌بندی پروژه‌های بازآفرینی پایدار در بافت تاریخی کاشان است. در این پژوهش، از روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره (MCDM) شامل SWARA و Fuzzy SAW استفاده‌شده است. ابتدا با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی، معیارهای مؤثر در بازآفرینی پایدار شناسایی و غربال شدند. سپس با استفاده از روش SWARA، وزن هر معیار تعیین گردید. در نهایت، با استفاده از روش Fuzzy SAW، پروژه‌های بازآفرینی پایدار بافت تاریخی کاشان اولویت‌بندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که معیار اجتماعی با وزن 0.54 در اولویت اول قرار دارد و پس از آن، معیارهای اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی به ترتیب با وزن‌های 0.29 و 0.17 در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار گرفتند. همچنین، پروژه «آموزش‌وپرورش مهارت‌های محلی» با کسب بالاترین امتیاز، در اولویت نخست قرار گرفت. رویکرد ترکیبی SWARA-Fuzzy SAW می‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزاری مؤثر در فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری برای انتخاب و اولویت‌بندی پروژه‌های بازآفرینی پایدار در بافت‌های تاریخی مورداستفاده قرار گیرد. این رویکرد با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای کمی و کیفی و همچنین با استفاده از منطق فازی برای مدیریت عدم قطعیت‌ها، می‌تواند به تصمیم‌گیران کمک کند تا پروژه‌هایی را انتخاب کنند که با اهداف پایداری و نیازهای جامعه همسو باشند.
