| چکیده | ||
| هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی مربیگری الکترونیکی رهبران آموزشی است. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا، آمیخته میباشد. روش پژوهش: در بخش کیفی پژوهش، جامعه آماری صاحبنظران حوزه آموزش بودند، که به روش هدفمند نظری انتخاب شدند و سپس با انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند با 20 نفر از مشارکت کنندگان اطلاعات و دادهها جمعآوری و با روش کدگذاری کلایزی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. در بخش کمی، به منظور اعتبارسنجی الگوی طراحی شده، از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مربیگری الکترونیکی رهبران آموزشی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این بخش مدیران مدارس شهر کرج در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بودند. حجم نمونه براساس معیارهای تعیین حجم نمونه تحلیل عاملی مونت کارلو 300 نفر، تعیین شد. تحلیل دادهها با بهرهگیری از نرمافزار Smart PLS، انجام گرفت. یافتهها: از بخش کیفی 15 بُعد («پذیرش»، «پرسیدن سوالات تأملی»، «شناسایی نیازها»، «تعیین سطح شایستگی»، «مسئولیتپذیری»، «هدفگذاری»، «برنامهریزی»، «تعیین محتوا»، «انتخاب فناوری»، «حفظ امنیت آنلاین»، «تأمین منابع انسانی ماهر»، «تأمین بودجه»، «تعامل»، «ارزیابی» و «بازخورد») برای مربیگری الکترونیکی، شناسایی شد. یافتههای بخش کمی نیز نشان دادند که مدل طراحی شده از اعتبار مناسبی برخواردار است. نتیجهگیری: الگوی مربیگری الکترونیکی رهبران آموزشی مبتنی بر 15 بُعد و 56 شاخص از اعتبار لازم برخوردار بوده و میتواند به عنوان چارچوبی کارآمد برای بهبود اثربخشی مربیگری الکترونیکی رهبران آموزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد تا موجب بالندگی آنان شود. براساس نتایج پژوهش، پیشنهاد میشود مدارس، دانشگاهها و تمامی سازمانهای آموزشی از این الگو به عنوان راهنمای عملی برای طراحی و اجرای برنامههای مربیگری الکترونیکی بهره بگیرند. | ||
