| چکیده | ||
| مقدمه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه الگویی مبتنی بر پژوهشهای پیشین برای شناسایی ویژگیهای رهبری مرزگستر دانشگاهی بود. روششناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات کیفی با تکیه بر روش فراترکیب انجام شده است. در این پژوهش از روش هفت مرحله ای Sandelowski& Barroso (2007)برای ترکیب پژوهشهای پیشین استفاده شده است. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که ویژگیهای رهبران مرزگستر دانشگاهی در سه مقوله اصلی شامل؛ مهارتها و ویژگیهای کلیدی رهبری مرزگستر دانشگاهی، ساختار سازمانی رهبری مرزگستر دانشگاهی و راهبردهای مرزگستری و فرایندهای پیادهسازی آن در دانشگاه دستهبندی میشوند. بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتیجه کلی پژوهش حاضر تأکید میکند که رهبری مرزگستر دانشگاهی نیازمند تلفیقی از مهارت های فردی، ساختارهای سازمانی حمایتی و راهبردهای عملیاتی است. بنابراین، تمام مقولههای شناسایی شده در الگوی مفهومی این پژوهش، مکمل یکدیگر هستند و برای موفقیت یک رهبر مرزگستر بسیار مهم هستند. از این رو توانمندسازی رهبران، بازطراحی ساختارهای سازمانی، نهادینهسازی فرهنگ مرزگستری و توسعه شبکههای همکاری بهعنوان پیامدهای عملی یافتههای این پژوهش برای دانشگاهها بهشمار میرود. از سوی دیگر تدوین راهبردهای حمایتی و اصلاح سیاستهای جذب و ارتقا بهعنوان پیامدهای عملی یافتههای این پژوهش برای سیاستگذاران آموزش عالی است و در نهایت توسعه ابزارهای سنجش این سبک از رهبری، به عنوان پیامدهای یافتههای این پژوهش برای پژوهشگران است. | ||
