| مقدمه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی مناسب برای توسعۀ حرفهای مدیران مدارس دورۀ ابتدایی در افق 1404 استانهای شمالغرب کشور بوده است. روششناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، براساس روشهای جدید علم آیندهپژوهی، تحلیلی و اکتشافی است که با بهکارگیری ترکیبی از مدلهای کیفی و کمی و در قالب روشهای اسنادی و پیمایشی و در چهار مرحله شامل کدگذاری دادهها با استفاده از نظریۀ دادهبنیاد، تعیین شاخصهای کلیدی از طریق روش دلفی و پنل خبرگان و شناسایی پیشرانهای کلیدی با استفاده از نرمافزار میکمک بر پایه روش تحلیل اثرات متقاطع و ارائه سناریوهای مطلوب با استفاده از نرمافزار سناریو ویزارد انجام گرفته است. جامعۀ آماری شامل اساتید، صاحبنظران و متخصصان رشتهی مدیریت آموزشی در استانهای شمالغرب کشور بوده است. روش نمونهگیری به صورت هدفمند و گلولهبرفی تا جایی ادامه یافت که پژوهشگر با استفاده از مصاحبۀ نیمهساختاریافته با 12 نفر از اعضای نمونه به اشباع نظری رسیده است. یافتهها: در نهایت نتایج حاصل از بهکارگیری روش تحلیل تأثیرات متقاطع حاکی از آن بود که 15 عامل کلیدی از میان عوامل 52 گانه شناسایی شده در مرحله مصاحبه، بیشترین تأثیر را بر آینده توسعۀ حرفهای مدیران دارد. در ادامه این عوامل بهعنوان عوامل پایه در سناریونویسی استفاده شده است. بهمنظور سناریونگاری در این مرحله از خبرگان متخصص نظرخواهی شده است و با جمعبندی آنها و با تهیۀ سبد سناریوها برای این عوامل، 45 وضعیت محتمل برای 15 عامل تعریف شده است. بحث و نتیجهگیری: با تحلیل نتایج سناریو ویزارد، 11 سناریوی قوی پیشِروی توسعۀ حرفهای مدیران مدارس در افق 1404 شناسایی و 4 خانواده سناریوهای مطلوب تعیین گردید. این سناریوها، «مدرسه شاهزادهها»، «بچههای مدرسه والت»، «مدرسه موشها» و «مبصر 4 ساله کلاس»، نام گرفتند. | ||
