چکیده | ||
هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر درمان مبتنی بر آموزش مراقبه ذهن آگاهی بر بی نظمی هیجانی نوجوانان ADHD غیر بالینی بود. طرح پژوهش آزمایشی و از نوع پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی دانش آموزان دختر ADHD غیر بالینی شهر شیراز در مقطع سنی 13 تا 15 سال بودند. نمونه شامل 30 دانش آموز بود که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) گمارده شدند. به منظور غربالگری این 30 دانش آموز از مقیاس SNAP-IV (فرم خودگزارشی و فرم والدین) استفاده گردید. ابزار جمع آوری دادهها پرسشنامه مشکلات در نظم بخشی هیجانی بود که تمام آزمودنیها در مرحله پیش آزمون آن را تکمیل کردند، سپس برنامه درمان مبتنی بر آموزش مراقبه ذهن آگاهی برای گروه آزمایش در ده جلسه اجرا شد و در نهایت، پس آزمون از تمام آزمودنیهای گروه آزمایش و کنترل گرفته شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، از روش تحلیل کوواریانس یک راهه استفاده شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر آموزش مراقبه ذهن آگاهی در بهبود بی نظمی هیجانی نوجوانان ADHD غیر بالینی تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. | ||
