| چکیده | ||
| هدف: انسان در سراسر زندگی خویش ناگزیر از حل مسئله است و آگاهی و دانشافزایی در این خصوص تأثیر مهمی در نحوۀ مقابله با عوامل استرسزا دارد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمانشناختی رفتاری متمرکز بر حل مسئله بر نشخوار فکری در دانشآموزان با رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه اجرا شد. روشها: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی بود و از روش نیمهآزمایشی (طرح پیش آزمون- پسآزمون و دورۀ پیگیری دو ماهه با گروه کنترل) برای جمعآوری دادهها استفاده کرد. جامعۀ پژوهش شامل همۀ دانشآموزان مدارس دورۀ متوسطۀ اول در دامنۀ سنی ۱۳ تا ۱۵ سال شهر نیشابور در سال تحصیلی 03-1402 بود. برای نمونهگیری دو مدرسه به روش تصادفی مشخص و پس از اجرای پرسشنامۀ پرخاشگری باس و پری، ۳۰ نفر از دانشآموزان بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و با پرسشنامۀ نشخوار فکری نالن هوکسما مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش جلسات درمان شناختی رفتاری متمرکز بر حل مسئله را گذراندند. دادهها به وسیلۀ آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر دوراهه ارزیابی شد. یافتهها: براساس نتایج به دست آمده، میزان نشخوار فکری در دانشآموزان با رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه پس از درمان شناختی رفتاری متمرکز بر حل مسئله، کاهش معنیدار داشت (01/0p<). از این رو فرضیۀ پژوهش مبنی بر تأثیر درمان شناختی رفتاری متمرکز بر حل مسئله بر نشخوار فکری در دانشآموزان با رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه مورد تأیید قرار میگیرد. نتیجهگیری: یافتههای مطالعه حاضر نشان میدهد استفاده از آموزشهای مبتنی بر حل مسئله با توجه به اثربخشی این روش میتواند گام مهمی در جهت کاهش مؤلفههای مؤثر بر پرخاشگری دانشآموزان باشد. | ||
