| چکیده | ||
| مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف توسعه مدل آموزش سیّار در دانشگاه تهران با رویکرد کیفی انجام شده است. روششناسی پژوهش: روش تحقیق تحلیل محتوای مرسوم بود. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان دانشگاههای سراسر کشور در حوزهی آموزش عالی و آموزش سیّار در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود که تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری با تعداد 11 نفر مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته انجام شد. اعتبار مصاحبهها از نوع درونی بود و برای سنجش پایایی از پایایی بازآزمون استفاده شد. یافتهها: برای تحلیل دادهها از روش «تحلیلمحتوا» استفاده شد. از بین 260 کد اولیه، 152کد طبقهبندی شده، 23 زیرطبقه و 4 طبقه اصلی برای توسعه آموزش سیّار در دانشگاه تهران شامل: 1- بعد ساختاری (فنّاوری، فرهنگی- اجتماعی، کارایی و اثربخشی، رهبری و مدیریت، امنیت و حفظ اطلاعات، پشتیبانی، برنامهریزی در سطح کلان) 2- بعد آموزشی (نیازسنجی، تدوین اهداف، برنامهریزی در سطح خرد، محتوا، اجرا، ارزشیابی، یاددهنده ، یادگیرنده) 3- بعد ارتباطی (شبکهسازی و مشارکت، مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی و اخلاقی، دسترسیپذیری) 4- بعد روانشناختی (اضطراب، لذت بردن، نگرش، یادگیریپذیری، سودمندی) شناسایی و تحلیل شد و مدل مورد نظر ارائه شد. بحث و نتیجهگیری: بهرهگیری از توسعه مدل آموزش سیّار در دانشگاه تهران در پژوهش حاضر برای توسعه آموزش در این دانشگاه و سایر مراکز آموزش عالی جهت ارتقاء وضعیت آموزش سیّار توصیه میشود. | ||
