چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: پزوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مولفه های رهبری ناب در سازمان های آموزشی انجام شده است. روششناسی پژوهش: روش بکار گرفته شده در این پژوهش کیفی و از نوع «سنتزپژوهی» بوده است. گردآوری دادهها به شیوهی اسنادی و با تحلیل تمامی منابع علمی مرتبط با موضوع رهبری ناب و سازمانهای آموزشی ناب در بازهی زمانی 1390 تا ۱۴۰۳ (داخلی) و 2013 تا ۲۰۲۴ (خارجی) صورت گرفت. در این راستا، کلیدواژههای مرتبط با دو دههی اخیر، از جمله «رهبری ناب»، «مدرسه ناب»، «دانشگاه ناب»، «رهبری مدرسه ناب» و «رهبری دانشگاه ناب» در پایگاههای علمی داخلی نظیر پایگاه اطلاعات علمی، اس.آی.دی و همچنین پایگاههای دادهی بینالمللی مانند گوگل اسکولار، اسکوپوس، امرالد، الزویر، پروکوئست و اشپرینگر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: با بررسی کامل 34 منبع از 309 منبع اولیه، 8 مؤلفۀ اصلی؛ فرهنگ بهبود مستمر، چشم انداز و هدف، ارتباطات موثر، مربی گری و توانمندسازی، حمایت از افراد، جریان ارزش (ارزش آفرینی و حذف اتلاف)، شایسته سالاری و یادگیرنده محوری به عنوان مولفه های رهبری ناب در سازمان های آموزشی شناسایی و طبقهبندی شد بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان می دهد که 8 مولفه حاصل از این مطالعه فراترکیب می تواند الگویی برای رهبری ناب در سازمان های اموزشی به منظور ارتقای کیفیت آموزش باشد. | ||
