چکیده
: The present study aimed to examine the mediating role of marital harmony in the relationship between religious openness and relational ethics with family health in married women

Methods: The research method employed was correlational with path analysis. The statistical population included women visiting health and treatment centers in Maragheh city in 2024. Based on the research design and the number of variables studied, a sample of 350 individuals was selected using convenience sampling. Data collection instruments comprised Genie’s Spiritual Openness Scale (1997), Hargrave et al.'s Relational Ethics Scale (1991), Javdan’s Iranian Couples' Compatibility and Coordination Questionnaire (2014), and Crandall’s Family Health Scale (2020). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation, bootstrapping, and Sobel tests with SPSS and Amos version 26 software.

Resuts: The results indicated that 36% of the variance in family health was explained by the predictor variables. The direct effects of religious openness (β = 0.09, P > 0.05), relational ethics (β = 0.20, P < 0.01), and marital harmony (β = 0.48, P < 0.01) on family health were significant. Additionally, the indirect effects of religious openness (t = 2.12, P < 0.05) and relational ethics (t = 3.49, P < 0.01)
