| چکیده | ||
| مقدمه و هدف: پرسشهای اساسی پیرامون آگاهی مدیران مدارس از حقوق دانشآموزی، میزان پایبندی به حقوق دانشآموز و فراهم نمودن زمینه تحقق آنها در عمل، یک حوزه کمتر مطالعه شده در آموزش و پرورش ایران است. لذا این پژوهش با هدف ارائه تصویری روشن از روایتهای مدیران مدارس از حقوق دانشآموزی، طراحی و اجرا شده است. روششناسی پژوهش: برای پاسخ به سوالات اساسی مطرح شده، از روش پژوهش کیفی پدیدارنگاری استفاده شد. مشارکت کنندگان به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند مبتنی بر معیار برگزیده شدند تعریف شدند و سپس به روش گلوله برفی شناسایی و دعوت به مصاحبه شدند. پس از تهیه پروتکل مصاحبه، دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته عمیق با 20 نفر از مدیران جمعآوری شده و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: تحلیل روایتهای مدیران مدارس نشان داد که اگرچه مدیران بهطورکلی از حقوق دانشآموزی آگاه هستند و آن را میپذیرند، اما در عمل با مسائل متعددی در تحقق این حقوق مواجهاند. از جمله آنها میتوان به تعارض میان حقوق فردی دانشآموزی و الزامات اجتماعی مدرسه، عدم تطابق سیستم آموزشی با نیازهای متنوع دانشآموزان، نابرابری در دسترسی به امکانات، ناسازگاری روشهای ارزشیابی با نیازهای نسل جدید، کاستیهای سیستم آموزشی در تأمین نیازهای بهداشتی و شکاف بین برابری و فراگیری در آموزش اشاره کرد. بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد ناهماهنگیهای عنوان شده علاوه بر ضعف آموزشهای مدیران، عمدتاً ریشه در بافت اجتماعی و ساختار نظام آموزشی مانند محدودیتهای بودجهای، قوانین دستوپاگیر و عدم هماهنگی بین نهادها دارد. لذا، تحقق پایدار حقوق دانشآموزی مستلزم مشارکت فعال تمامی ذینفعان آموزش و پرورش در سیاستگذاریهای آموزشی است. | ||
