چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: شناسایی و سنجش مؤلفههای شایستگی رهبری راهبردی مدیران سازمان آموزش و پرورش شهر شیراز. روششناسی پژوهش: این مطالعه با رویکرد ترکیبی و با استفاده از طرح پژوهش اکتشافی متوالی انجام گرفته است. در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل اسنادی و در بخش کمی از روش توصیفی-پیمایشی بهره گرفته شده است. جامعه آماری بخش کمی، مدیران مدارس و کارمندان ادارات آموزش و پرورش شهر شیراز بودند که از طریق روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای، نمونههای پژوهش شامل 105 نفر کارمند و 200 نفر مدیران آموزشی اعم از مدیران ادارات و مدارس انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده جهت سنجش شایستگیهای رهبری راهبردی مدیران آموزش و پرورش، پرسشنامه محققساخته بود که پس از سنجش و تأیید روایی و پایایی آن، پرسشنامه توزیع و دادهها جمعآوری گردید. یافتهها: شایستگیهای شناساییشده در این پزوهش شامل شایستگیهای ارزشی-منشی، هوشمندی راهبردی، عملکرد متعالی، بینفردی و فرهنگی بودند. میزان شیوع شایستگیهای مذکور در بین مدیران قلمرو پژوهش، به جز شایستگی هوشمندی راهبردی که از سطح متوسط پایینتر بود، سایر شایستگیها در حد متوسط یا بالاتر از متوسط بودند. همچنین نمره مجموع شایستگیهای مذکور در حد بالاتر از متوسط ارزیابی گردید. بحث و نتیجهگیری: برنامهریزان و سیاستگذاران آموزش و پرورش کشور میتوانند از یافته های این پژوهش، بهمنزله مبنایی برای تربیت، انتصاب و همچنین جانشینپروری مدیران آیندهی نظام آموزشی برپایهی الگوی رهبری راهبردی استفاده نمایند. | ||
