چکیده
The aim of study was to designing a structural model for predicting marital burnout based on work-family conflict and attachment components with the mediation rol of triangulation. The statistical population of the present study was 250 people of married working women who referred to counseling centers in the 5th district of Tehran in 2022-2023 that were selected as a sample using the purposeful sampling method. To collect the data the work-family conflict questionnaire, the adult attachment scale, the Couple Burnout Measurement and the triangulation questionnaire was used The results showed that secure attachment style had a negative effect on triangulation and marital burnout. Also, insecure attachment style had a positive effect on marital burnout. In addition, work-family conflict and triangulation had a positive effect on marital burnout. Other results of this research showed that the indirect effect of secure attachment style and work-family conflict through triangulation on marital burnout is significant (P<0.05). However, the indirect effect of insecure attachment style on marital burnout is not significant. Results showed that various variables influence marital burnout that making the right decision to identify the consequences of this variable requires conducting more studies in this field.
