چکیده | ||
چکیده: از نگاه بیشتر متخصصان آموزشی, توسعه حرفه ای مدرسان دانشگاها، مهم ترین منبع کاربست دانشگاه نسل چهارم و پرورش مدرسان خلاق است، لذا پیاده سازی دانشگاه نسل چهارم در اهداف دانشگاه ها باعث بهبود مستمر کیفیت آموزش عالی و ارتقای کارآمدی و اثربخشی آن خواهد گردید. مقدمه و هدف: دانش رکن اصلی در نظام های آموزشی قلمداد می شود و مدرسان نیروی محرکه تولید دانش هستند. با باور به نقش اساسی تعلیم و تربیت در توسعه جامعه و نقش دانشگاه در توسعه منطقه ای و لزوم تناسب دانشگاه ها با تغییرات به روز فن آوری و دانش، توسعة حرفه ای و افزایش دانش و مهارت مدرسان امری ضروری به نظر می رسد. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی توسعه حرفه ای مدرسان دانشگاه جامع علمی کاربردی با رویکرد دانشگاه نسل چهارم است. روششناسی پژوهش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع کیفی و روش آن سنتز پژوهی است. داده ها با مرور ادبیات و پیشینه نظری از طریق جست و جوی نظام مند منابع کتابخانه ای پایان نامه ها و مقالات موجود در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی گردآوری شده اند. از میانERIC, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Springer, Magiran, IranDoc پژوهش های صورت گرفته داخلی در سالهای 1396 تا 1403 و پژوهش های خارجی در سالهای 2018 تا 2024 تعداد 85 مورد پژوهش شناسایی و از میان آنها ۵۳ مورد پژوهش برای بررسی و تحلیل انتخاب شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش تحلیل محتوای کدگذاری و مقوله بندی استفاده شده است برای تأیید اعتبار یافته ها از معیار باورپذیری توصیف همتایان، برای تامین اطمینان پذیری از کفایت اجتماعی، برای تأییدپذیری از نگارش یادداشت های تأملی و از نمونه گیری هدفمند استفاده شده است. یافتهها: بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، توسعه حرفه ای مدرسان دانشگاه در سه بعد دانش (دانش تخصصی، دانش فناوری اطلاعات، دانش تربیتی)، منش ( اخلاق فردی، اخلاق سازمانی) و کنش (ارتباط میان فردی، ارتباط درون سازمانی، ارتباط برون سازمانی) قابل تفکیک است. بحث و نتیجهگیری: سیاستمداران و برنامه ریزان آموزشی میتوانند با استفاده از الگوی مفهومی مستخرج، تدابیر شایسته را برای توسعه حرفه ای مدرسان با رویکرد دانشگاه نسل چهارم و ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی اتخاذ کنند مدرسان نیز قادر خواهند بود تا از الگوی موجود برای افزایش شایستگیها و روزآمد کردن دانش و مهارتهای خویش بهره بگیرند که پیشنهاد می شود با اجرای برنامه های توانمند سازی و دانش افزایی، ارتباط با صنعت، فعالیت در مراکز تحقیقاتی محلی، پارکهای علم و فناوری و مراکز رشد حرفه ای و عضویت و همکاری در کمیته ها و انجمن های علمی زمینه توسعه و رشد حرفه ای خود و سازمان را فراهم کنند. | ||
