چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه بین سبک رهبری معلم و اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشآموزان با نقش میانجی جو مدرسه و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی انجام شد. روششناسی پژوهش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی با رویکرد معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دانشآموزان پسر متوسطه دوم شهرستان ثلاث باباجانی به تعداد 420 نفر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای تعداد 210 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه سبک رهبری معلم تسای (2014)، پرسشنامه جو مدرسه هو (2010)، پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی تحصیلی زاژاکوا لینچ و اسپنشاد (2005) و پرسشنامه اشتیاق تحصیلی وانگ و همکاران (2014) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها روشهای آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و استنباطی (نرمال بودن دادهها و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) تحت نرم افزار SPSS و برای بررسی برازش مدل از نرم افزار Smart pls استفاده شد. یافتهها: بین سبک رهبری معلم و جو مدرسه رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد، بین سبک رهبری معلم و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد، بین سبک رهبری معلم و اشتیاق تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد، بین جو مدرسه و اشتیاق تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد، بین خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و اشتیاق تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین جو مدرسه و خودکارامدی تحصیلی در رابطه بین سبک رهبری معلم و اشتیاق تحصیلی نقش میانجی دارند | ||
