چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش رفتار طرفداران محیطزیست بر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز با نقش میانجی رهبری تحولآفرین و رهبری مسئولیتپذیر صورت پذیرفته است. روششناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش در زمره پژوهشهای کاربردی و پیمایشی قرار دارد و از حیث ماهیت دادهها یک پژوهش کمی است. اصلیترین ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش 4 پرسشنامه شامل رفتارهای طرفدار محیطزیست: الشایر و همکاران (2021)، مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز: کیم (2019)، رهبری تحولآفرین سبز: ژائو و هوانگ (2022)، رهبری مسئولیتپذیر: وگتلین (2011) است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش پتروشیمی شیراز بود و حجم نمونه در این پژوهش با استفاده از نرمافزار نمونهگیری SPSS Sample Power برابر با 250 نفر بود. شیوه نمونهگیری در این پژوهش، به دلیل گستردگی جامعه آماری، از نوع نمونهگیری در دسترس بوده است. ابزار تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات پرسشنامهای این پژوهش نرمافزار آماری SPSS و AMOS بود. بهمنظور تعیین وجود یا عدم وجود تأثیر بین متغیرها و برآورد و تعمیم نتایج بهدستآمده از حجم نمونه به جامعه آماری از مدل رگرسیونی ساده با متغیر آشکار و مدل میانجی جهت ارزیابی فرضیههای پژوهش استفاده شده است. یافتهها: با توجه به یافتههای این پژوهش تأثیر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم رفتارهای طرفدار محیطزیست بر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز معنادار است. چون هر دو اثر مستقیم اثر غیرمستقیم رفتارهای طرفدار محیطزیست بر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز به واسطه هر دو متغیر رهبری تحولآفرین و رهبری مسئولیتپذیر معنادار گزارش شده است (0001/0 و 01/0)، میتوان استنباط کرد که میانجیگری وجود دارد و متغیرهای رهبری تحولآفرین و رهبری مسئولیتپذیر دارای نقش میانجی جزئی در تأثیر رفتارهای طرفدار محیطزیست بر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز است. بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد رفتارهای طرفدار محیطزیست بر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز با ضریب 61/0 تأثیرگذار بوده است. همچنین، رهبری تحولآفرین بر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز با ضریب 41/0 و رهبری مسئولیتپذیر بر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز با ضریب 45/0 تأثیرگذار بوده است. رفتارهای طرفدار محیطزیست بر رهبری تحولآفرین با ضریب 58/0 تأثیرگذار بوده است. میتوان رهبری تحولآفرین را بر اساس رفتارهای طرفدار محیطزیست در جامعه آماری پیشبینی کرد. رفتارهای طرفدار محیطزیست بر رهبری مسئولیتپذیربا ضریب 52/0 تأثیرگذار بوده است و میتوان مسئولیتپذیر را بر اساس رفتارهای طرفدار محیطزیست در جامعه آماری پیشبینی کرد. | ||
