| چکیده | ||
| مقدمه و هدف: پیچیدگی شرایط محیطی، پویایی و نامطمئن بودن از جمله نشانههای عصر جدید کوانتومی است. اجرای مدل کوانتومی باعث میشود که سازمانها مدام در حال تغییر، چابک و در آنها ابتکار و معلومات آزادانه در جریان باشد. روششناسی پژوهش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر ماهیت کمی، از نظر هدف کاربردی و روش اجرای پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی به روش معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان ادارات آموزش و پرورش شهرستان همدان به تعداد 512 نفر تشکیل دادند. جهت گردآوری دادهها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد مهارتهای کوانتومی مدیران میرصفیان (1395)، آمادگی کارکنان برای تغییر سازمانی گراهام (2006) و چابکی سازمانی شریفی و ژانک (1999) استفاده گردید. دادهها پس از جمعآوری با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری توسط دو نرم افزار Spss و Lisrelتحلیل شدند. یافتهها: یافتههای فرضیات پژوهش نشان داد اثر مستقیم مهارتهای مدیریت کوانتومی بر آمادگی کارکنان برای تغییر سازمانی 76/0 و بر چابکی سازمانی 33/0 مثبت و معنادار است. همچنین اثر مستقیم آمادگی کارکنان برای تغییر سازمانی بر چابکی سازمانی 52/0 مثبت و معنادار است. اثر غیر مستقیم مهارتهای مدیریت کوانتومی از طریق آمادگی کارکنان برای تغییر سازمانی بر چابکی سازمانی 39/0 مثبت و معنادار است. بحث و نتیجهگیری: آمادگی کارکنان برای تغییر سازمانی میتواند به عنوان نقش میانجی، میزان همبستگی مهارتهای کوانتومی مدیران و چابکی سازمانی را افزایش دهد. قرن بیست و یکم نیازمند یک جهان بینی کوانتومی است. پیشنهاد میشود مبانی مهارتهای کوانتومی مدیریت به مدیران ادارات آموزش و پرورش شهرستان همدان و حتی مدیران مدارس آموزش داده شود تا بدین طریق زمینه افزایش آمادگی کارکنان برای تغییر سازمانی و به تبع آن چابکی سازمانی فراهم گردد. | ||
