چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر باهدف نقش وضعیت اجتماعی- اقتصادی خانواده و مهارتهای اجتماعی دبیران بر پیشرفت تحصیلی با میانجیگری درگیرهای تحصیلی دانشآموزان است. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و ازلحاظ اجرا، همبستگی و از نوع تحلیل مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان ریاضی به تعداد 19 نفر و دانشآموزان دختر و پسر متوسطه اول در سال تحصیلی (1399-1398) شهرستان الیگودرز به تعداد 5675 نفر بودند. از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تکمرحلهای تعداد یک مدرسه دخترانه (50 نفر) و یک مدرسه پسرانه (50 نفر) و 6 معلم مربوطه بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. از پرسشنامه پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان فام و تیلور (1999)، پرسشنامه وضعیت اقتصادی اجتماعی خانواده گرما رودی و مرادی (1389)، پرسشنامه مهارتهای اجتماعی معلمان ماتسون و همکاران (1983) و پرسشنامه درگیری تحصیلی شکاری (1392) بـرای گـردآوری دادهها اسـتفاده شـد. جهت تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای پژوهش از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مهارتهای اجتماعی معلمان و وضعیت اقتصادی - اجتماعی خانواده بر درگیری تحصیلی دانشآموزان اثر مستقیم و معنیدار(53/0 و 62/0) دارد؛ وضعیت اقتصادی - اجتماعی خانواده و مهارتهای اجتماعی معلمان با پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشآموزان اثر مستقیم و معنیدار(54/0 و 55/0) و با میانجیگری درگیری تحصیلی اثر غیرمستقیم و معنیدار(56/0 و 62/0) دارد؛ درگیری تحصیلی دانشآموزان با پیشرفت تحصیلی آنها رابطه مستقیم و معنیدار(69/0) دارد، و مدل ساختاری پژوهش مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. میتوان نتیجه گرفت که وضعیت اقتصادی - اجتماعی خانواده و مهارتهای اجتماعی معلمان بر پیشرفت تحصیلی با میانجیگری درگیری تحصیلی دانشآموزان اثر معنیدار دارد. | ||
