چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بر بررسی نقش آموزشهای ضمنخدمت بر تکیهگاهای شغلی معلمان با میانجیگری تسهیم دانش انجام شده است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی و همبستگی از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان مقطع متوسطه استان تهران بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای تصادفی نسبی 380 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری جهت مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادههای پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه استادندارد آموزشهای ضمن خدمت ابراهیمی، پرسشنامه تکیه گاههای شغلی شاین و پرسشنامه تسهیم دانش وانگ و همکاران استفاده گردید. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان دهنده برازندگی مدل مفهومی و تایید آن برای جامعه معلمان مقطع متوسطه استان تهران بود. اثر مستقیم متغیر آموزشهای ضمن خدمت بر تسهیم دانش معنی دار بود و اثر مستقیم متغیر تسهیم دانش بر تکیه گاههای شغلی معنی دار است. اما اثر مستقیم متغیر آموزشهای ضمن خدمت بر تکیه گاههای شغلی معنی دار نبود. همچنین اثر معنی دار و غیرمستقیم بین آموزشهای ضمن خدمت بر تکیه گاههای شغلی براساس نقش میانجی تسهیم دانش (42/0) به دست آمد. بنابراین تسهیم دانش به صورت مستقیم و آموزشهای ضمن خدمت به صورت غیر مستقیم روی هم رفته 45 درصد از تکیه گاههای شغلی را تبیین میکنند. با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش پیشنهاد میشود برای بالا بردن تکیه گاههای شغلی معلمان، ارتقاء آموزشهای ضمن خدمت و نیازسنجی آنها و به دنبال آن تسهیم دانش را مورد توجه قرار دهند. | ||
