چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تصویرپردازی چندبعدی از شایستگیهای مربیان مراکز پیشدبستانی انجام شده است. روششناسی پژوهش: دادهها بر اساس یک طرح پژوهش کیفی از نوع فراترکیب و با استفاده از گامهای هفتگانه ساندلوسکی و باروسو (۲۰۰۷) جمعآوری شدهاند. انتخاب نمونه با استفاده از ملاکهای پذیرش و عدم پذیرش و برنامۀ مهارتهای ارزیابی حیاتی صورت گرفت. منابع اولیه فارسی و انگلیسی طی سالهای ۲۰۱۰ تا ۲۰۲۵ غربال و تعداد ۲۴ منبع برای بررسی نهایی انتخاب شد. در ادامه با استفاده از تحلیل تماتیک، کدگذاری باز و محوری انجام شد. جهت بررسی قابلیت اعتبار یافتهها از ضریب توافق بین دو کدگذار استفاده شد که مقدار 76/. به دست آمد. یافتهها: یافتههای این تحلیل، شناسایی 4 بعد و ۱۱ مؤلفه بود. بعد اول شایستگیهای علمی، حرفهای و فناورانه با مولفههای (شایستگیهای آموزشی و تربیتی، شایستگیهای حرفهای و مهارتی، شایستگیهای تکنولوژیکی و دیجیتالی)؛ بعد دوم شایستگیهای پایهای با مولفههای (شایستگیهای ورودی، شایستگیهای اخلاقی و معنوی، شایستگیهای حمایتی و مراقبتی)؛ بعد سوم شایستگیهای روانشناختی و محیطی با مولفههای (شایستگیهای روانشناختی، شایستگیهای هنری و محیطی) و بعد چهارم شایستگیهای فردی، اجتماعی و سازمانی با مولفههای (شایستگیهای فردی و شخصیتی، شایستگیهای ارتباطی و اجتماعی، شایستگیهای رهبری و مدیریت) است. بحث و نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش، مدیران مراکز پیشدبستانی میبایست برای ارتقای شایستگیهای مربیان خود، سالانه نسبت به ارزیابی و رتبهبندی مربیان براساس شایستگیهای شناسایی شده اهتمام ویژه داشته و نسبت به برگزاری دورههای مرتبط اقدام نمایند. همچنین یافتههای این پژوهش میتواند به عنوان مبنایی برای تصمیمگیری سیاستگذاران، برنامهریزان و مدیران حوزه تعلیموتربیت در گزینش و جذب شایستهسالارانه مربیان برای مراکز پیشدبستانی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. | ||
