چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: توجه به مدیریت کیفیت فرگیر در دانشگاه از جمله مهمترین رویکردهای بهبود کارآیی و اثربخشی آموزش عالی در سالهای اخیر به شمار میرود. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مؤلفههای مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر در آموزش عالی است. روششناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی و مبتنی بر روش فراترکیب بر مبنای مدل اروین(2011) انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش، متشکل از 214مقاله و پایاننامه تحصیلات تکمیلی درباره مؤلفههای مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر در مراکز آموزش عالی است که بین سال های 1395 شمسی و 2017 میلادی تا 1402 شمسی و 2024 میلادی ارائه شدهاند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 مقاله پژوهشی است که به صورت هدفمند جمع آوری و براساس پایش موضوعی دادهها انتخاب شدهاند. دادههای پژوهش بر اساس تحلیل مضمون در سه سطح پایه، مضامین سازماندهنده و فراگیر مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، مؤلفههای مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر در مراکز آموزش عالی در 7 بُعد و 66 عامل طبقهبندی شدند. این ابعاد شامل عوامل زمینهای و زیرساختی، مستندسازی فرآیندها، برنامهدرسی، منابع انسانی، مشتریمداری، نظارت و ارزشیابی و رهبری و مدیریت میباشد. بحث و نتیجهگیری: مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر از ضرورتهای بهبود وضع موجود در آموزش عالی است با توجه به مؤلفههای شناسایی شده در این زمینه ضرورت ارزیابی و پایش منابع ساختاری موجود در دانشگاه، شبکهسازی اطلاعاتی در دانشگاه، دیدگاه تحولی در آموزش عالی و توسعه حرفهای باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد. | ||
