| چکیده | ||
| مقدمه و هدف: در چند دهه گذشته، رهبری آموزشی و توجه به کیفیت عملکرد مدیران مدارس در رأس سیاستهای آموزشی بوده است. هدف این پژوهش واکاوی و بررسی اسناد بالادستی و پژوهشهای صورت گرفته در این خصوص به منظور تبیین وضعیت موجود رهبری آموزشی و گذار به آن است. روششناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ نحوهی جمعآوری دادهها کیفی و از نوع تحلیل اسنادی است.که با استفاده از روش استنتاج مبتنی بر تحلیل مفاهیم و مفهومپردازی مجدد صورت پذیرفت. این روش نوعی فراتحلیل یا تلفیق پژوهشی است.که پژوهشگران بهجای مجموعهای از قواعد آماری از آن بهعنوان ابزاری جهت دستهبندی مجموعهای از ویژگیهای مرتبط با یک پدیده و تبیین آنها استفاده مینمایند جامعهی مورد مطالعه پژوهش، شامل کلیه پژوهشهای داخلی مرتبط با موضوع رهبری آموزشی و اسناد بالادستی نظام آموزشو پرورش کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران میباشد که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند پژوهشها و اسناد مربوطه انتخاب گردید. یافتهها: یافته پژوهشهای داخلی مرتبط با موضوع رهبری آموزشی در سطح مدارس، حاکی از شناسایی 29 ویژگی بوده که این ویژگیها در 4 بعد «مدیریت و بهبود سازمانی»، «پیشرفت فردی و توسعه آموزشی»، «الگوها و مدلهای رهبری» و «توصیف رهبری» دسته بندی گردیدند. بحث و نتیجهگیری: بر مبنای تحلیلهای صورت گرفته در اسناد بالادستی میتوان گفت که بجز در سند تحول بنیادین(1390) در سایر اسناد موضوع رهبری آموزشی بهصورت تلویحی و ضمنی، در قالب مضامینی همچون «مدیریت مدرسه محور»، «مدیریت مشارکتی»، «مدرسه محوری»، «راهبری برنامه درسی»، «هدایتگری» و «تسهیلگری» مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. | ||
