چکیده | ||
Purpose: the purpose of this research is to provide a model for enriching and improving career aspirations of employees of universities and higher education centers. Methods: The current research is based on interviews with authorities and is based on the thematic analysis method. This research is applied-developmental, if you look at it from the goal’s point of view; and a mixed one, if you look at it from the method’s point of view, i.e. a product of qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative part of the research, we were aided by a group of authorities as the statistical population who were familiar with the subject of research at the level of universities and higher education centers in Tabriz city. The method of collecting information is interview. Necessary checks were made to ensure the validity and reliability of the research. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. Results: the results showed that the proposed model of enriching and promoting the job aspirations of employees is at a desired and approved level. and the career path have had the greatest impact on the enrichment and promotion of career aspirations. Conclusion: the career path component had the greatest impact on enriching and improving the career aspirations of employees, so it is suggested that employees have a set of perceptions of individual attitudes and behaviors related to experiences in their life in order to perform best in the organization | ||
