| چکیده | ||
| مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و طراحی مدل عوامل موثر بر توسعه فردی اعضای هیئت علمی با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی سنتز پژوهی انجام شده است. روششناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش سنتز پژوهی با رویکرد هفت مرحلهای سندلوسکی و باروسو (2007) انجام شد. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه تحقیقات و مطالعات فارسی و انگلیسی چاپ شده در حوزه توسعه فردی در بین سالهای 1380 تا 1401 میباشد. در این راستا، کلید واژه های مرتبط با هدف پژوهش مورد جستجو قرار گرفت و مقالات و اسناد بدستآمده با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و با توجه به معیارهای پذیرش مورد بررسی قرارگرفتند که در نهایت 22 مقاله که از معیارهای ورود به مطالعه برخوردار بودند با استفاده از روش کد گذاری سه مرحلهای (باز، محوری، انتخابی) ازطریق نرمافزار MaxQDA 2020 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. براساس نتایج تحلیل داده ها برای جمعآوری دادهها 125 کد باز شناسایی شد که در 4 مقوله اصلی و 20 مقوله فرعی دستهبندی شدند. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که عوامل فردی، آموزشی پژوهشی، سازمانی و اجتماعی بر توسعه فردی اعضای هیئت علمی تاثیرگذار است. بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج این مطالعه میتواند مورد توجه مدیران آموزش عالی در زمینه توسعه منابع انسانی قرار گیرد. تا از طریق توسعه فردی میزان کارآمدی دورههای آموزشی، رضایت شغلی و بهرهوری دانشگاه را به حداکثر رساند. | ||
