چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه جو مدرسه و تعادل کار و زندگی معلمان آموزش ابتدایی با میانجیگری نقش استرس شغلی انجام شد. روش این پژوهش کمّی، بنیادی، همبستگی و به طور دقیقتر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی معلمان مدارس ابتدایی (دخترانه و پسرانه) شهر یزد در سال 1400-1399 به تعداد 1759 نفر بود. 317 معلم از جامعه مورد مطالعه به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری پژوهش، پرسشنامه جو مدرسه پاشیاردیس (1390)، پرسشنامه استرس کریاکو (1976) و ساتکلیف و پرسشنامه تعادل کار و زندگی وونگ وکو (2009) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار Amos 24 انجام شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد جو مدرسه به صورت منفی و معنادار استرس شغلی (42/0- = β) و به صورت مثبت و معنادار تعادل کار زندگی(54/0 = β) را پیشبینی میکند. یافتهها همچنین نشان داد استرس شغلی به صورت منفی و معنادار تعادل کار- زندگی (42/0- = β) را در معلمان مقطع ابتدایی پیشبینی میکند. نتایج آزمون بوت استراپ نشان داد که در رابطه بین جو مدرسه و تعادل کار- زندگی، متغیر استرس شغلی نقش میانجی دارد. در نهایت بررسی شاخصهای برازش نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش از طریق دادههای تجربی مورد تایید قرار می-گیرد. بنابراین با بهبود بخشیدن به ابعاد مختلف جو مدرسه میتوان استرس شغلی معلمان را کاهش داد و در نهایت تعادل بین کار و زندگی را در این قشر از جامعه افزایش داد و بدین طریق موجبات افزایش رضایت شغلی و بهبود عملکرد شغلی را فراهم کرد. | ||
