چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: تحقیقات در مورد تأثیر اعتماد سازمانی بر رفتار مدنی سازمانی کارکنان سالهاست که انجام شده است، اما تأثیر مکانیسم داخلی برای اعتماد سازمانی بر رفتار مدنی سازمانی به خوبی بررسی نشده است. این مطالعه بر اساس تئوری تبادل اجتماعی و نظریه هویت سازمانی، تأثیر اعتماد سازمانی را بر رفتار مدنی سازمانی بررسی نموده و نقش میانجی هوش هیجانی را از منظر شناختی و روانشناختی کارکنان نشان داد. روششناسی پژوهش: این تحقیق از یک استراتژی دو موجی و چند منبعی برای انجام اعتبار سنجی فرضیهها با 163 پرسشنامه معتبر در بین معلمان استفاده کرد. بدین منظور از جامعه آماری دبیران دوره متوسطه دوم شهر اسلام آباد غرب با تعداد 282 نفر، حجم نمونهای بالغ بر 163 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران برآورد گردیده و نمونهها به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار گردآوری دادههای پژوهش شامل سه پرسشنامه استاندارد اعتماد سازمانی Kanawattanachai & Yoo (2002)؛ رفتار مدنی سازمانی Bell & Menguc (2002) و هوش هیجانی Siberia Schering (1998) بود. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل تجربی با استفاده از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که: هوش هیجانی نقش میانجی بین اعتماد سازمانی و رفتار مدنی سازمانی ایفا میکند. اعتماد سازمانی بر رفتار مدنی سازمانی معلمان تأثیر مثبت میگذارد. اعتماد سازمانی بر هوش هیجانی معلمان تأثیر مثبت میگذارد. هوش هیجانی بر رفتار مدنی سازمانی معلمان تأثیر مثبت میگذارد. بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج این مطالعه درک اعتماد سازمانی را عمیقتر کرده و پیامدهای عملی مهمی برای بهبود رفتار مدنی سازمانی و هوش هیجانی معلمان دارد. | ||
