چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: یکی از اساسیترین راهبردهای تقویت یادگیری دانش آموزان، حمایت از آنها در محیط خانه و مدرسه است. هدف این پژوهش عرضة پارادامی جدید برای موفقیت مدارس از طریق توسعة مشارکت خانواده-مدرسه است. روششناسی پژوهش: رویکرد پژوهش تفسیری و کیفی است که با راهبرد روایت توصیفی پیشنهاد شده توسط (2017) Edmonds & Kennedy انجام گرفت. میدان تحقیق استان کردستان و مشارکتکنندگان بالقوه شامل مدیران مدارس ابتدایی،متوسطه اول و دوم شهر سنندج بودند. در نهایت 15 نفر از آنان بهصورت هدفمند (ناهمگن) انتخاب و با استفاده از یک پروتکل مصاحبه اپیزودیک دعوت به مشارکت شدند. دادهها بهدستآمده با استفاده از روش شبکۀ مضامین کدگذاری و در نهایت تحلیل گردیدند.. یافتهها: یافتهها در باب سئوال نخست نشان داد که به ترتیب جنبة فرزند پروری (کنش نظارتی و حمایتی و..،) بیشترین تجربه و مولفة همکاری با جامعه (سفیر مدرسه) کمترین تجربه را میان مدیران داشته است. مدیران در پی پاسخ به پرسش دوم از یک ساختار سلسهمراتبی پیروی کردند، آنها نخست باور داشتند که اندیشة باز برای مدیر مدرسه جهت شنیدن دیدگاه دیگران و خودانتقادی حیاتی است، در گامهای بعدی فرهنگ فراگیر برای تمامی دانش آموزان جهت ایجاد مراقبت جمعی و فضای مسالمت آمیز، رهبری جامعة محور جهت اعتماد متقابل با والدین و اعضای جامعه، و در نهایت ساخت اجتماع علمی جهت تبدیل اعضای جامعه به سائق یادگیری از شیوههای توسعة مشارکت خانواده-مدرسه محسوب میشود. بحث و نتیجهگیری: توجه به شیوههای مختلف تعامل میان مدرسه و سایر نهادها به ویژه خانواده میتواند زمینههای مختلفی را برای پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان فراهم آورد. | ||
