چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر آوای سازمانی بر مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی با نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی است. روششناسی پژوهش: جامعه آماری شامل تمامی معلمان شاغل در شهر سیلوانا در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 به تعداد ۱۲۹۷ نفر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای-طبقهای و بر اساس جدول مورگان ۲۹۷ نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری جهت مطالعه انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامههای استاندارد مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی کارول (1991)، مقیاس آوای سازمانی هامس (2012) و پرسشنامه رفتار شهروندی سازمانی لی و آلن (2002) جمعآوری شدند. جهت سنجش روایی پرسشنامهها از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد و پایایی آنها به کمک آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. دادههای جمعآوری شده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری در در نرم افزارهای SPSS 24 و LISREL 8.8 تحلیل شدند یافتهها: نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که آوای سازمانی بر مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی (43/0) و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی (61/0) اثر مستقیم و معناداری دارد؛ رفتار شهروندی سازمانی بر مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی (51/0) اثر مستقیم و معناداری دارد؛ همچنین اثر غیر مستقیم آوای سازمانی بر مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی با نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با ضریب (۳۱/۰) مثبت و معنادار است. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده جهت ارتقا و بهبود مسئولیتپذیری اجتماعی معلمان توجه به آوای سازمانی و استقبال از اظهارنظرها و ایدههای سازنده و تشویق آنها به فعالیتهای مشارکتی و همکارانه ضروری به نظر میرسد. | ||
