چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی شایستگیهای رهبران آینده در نظام آموزش عالی صورت گرفته است. رویکرد پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع تحلیل مضمون حاصل از مصاحبههای پدیدارشناختی است. روششناسی پژوهش: جامعه موردمطالعه شامل 16 نفر از خبرگان حوزه توسعه رهبری برای فرایند مصاحبه با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند بوده است. بهمنظور کیفیت کدگذاری، از قابلیت اعتماد، تأییدپذیری و اطمینانپذیری برای یافتهها استفاده شده و ضریب توافق بین ارزیابان 89/0 بهدست آمده است. یافتهها: طبق یافتههای این پژوهش شایستگیهای رهبران آینده در نظام آموزش عالی از 8 بعد فردی، مدیریت تعاملات اجتماعی-سازمانی، هوش فرهنگی، شهروند جهانی، دانش سازمانی و برنامهریزی راهبردی، دیپلماسی سازمانی، مسئولیت اجتماعی و گفتمانسازی تشکیل شده است. بحث و نتیجهگیری: با اطلاع از یافتههای پژوهش حاضر میتوان به شاخصهایی در توصیف شایستگیهای رهبران آینده نظام آموزش عالی دستیافت تا در جهت انتخاب و توسعه آنان در آموزش عالی اقدام نمود. | ||
