چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه علّی سبک رهبری اصیل، فرهنگ مدرسه و شخصیت پویا با اشتیاق شغلی معلمان و نقش میانجی قرارداد روانشناختی در معلمان دوره ابتدایی شهرستان خرم آباد انجام شد. روششناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمین شاغل دوره ابتدایی در آموزش و پرورش نواحی یک و دو شهرستان خرم آباد در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود که تعداد آنها مطابق با آمار اخذ شده از ادارات کارگزینی این نواحی برابر با 1450نفر بود. حجم نمونه ی آماری بر اساس قاعده استیونس برابر با 255 نفر بود که بر اساس روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. به منظور گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامههای رهبری اصیل والمبوا و همکاران (۲۰۰8)، فرهنگ مدرسه گرونرت و ولنتاین (1998)، شخصیت پویا باتمن و کرانت (1993)، قرارداد روانشناختی رابینسون و روسو (1994) و اشتیاق شغلی شاوفلی و همکاران (2002) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها افزون بر شاخص های توصیفی، از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 21 و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار PLSبهره گرفته شد. یافتهها: نتایج مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری پژوهش نشان داد که رابطه بین سبک رهبری اصیل با اشتیاق شغلی معلمان (333/0P=)، رابطه بین فرهنگ مدرسه و اشتیاق شغلی معلمان (327/0P=)، رابطه بین شخصیت پویا و اشتیاق شغلی معلمان (246/0P=) و رابطه بین قرارداد روانشناختی و اشتیاق شغلی معلمان مثبت (601/0P=) و معنادار می باشد، همچنین قرارداد روانشناختی در رابطه رهبری اصیل و اشتیاق شغلی (352/0P=)، در رابطه فرهنگ مدرسه و اشتیاق شغلی (382/0P=) و در رابطه شخصیت پویا و اشتیاق شغلی (284/0P=) نقش میانجی را ایفا می کند. بحث و نتیجهگیری: کارکنان مشتاق به صورت کامل جذب شغل خود می شوند و وظایف شغلی خود را به نحو احسن انجام می دهند. این مهم در معلمان که از عوامل اساسی جامعه هستند از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار می باشد، چرا که معلمان مسؤلیت هدایت و پرورش یک نسل و حتی چند نسل را بر عهده دارند و در صورتی می توانند اثربخشی نظام آموزشی کشور را تضمین کنند که سطح بالایی از اشتیاق و انگیزه را در شغل خود داشته باشند. | ||
