چکیده | ||
تحقیقات درگذشته، بهطور عمده بر جنبهی مثبت رهبری متمرکز بودند. با اینحال، تحقیقات درمورد جنبههای منفی رهبری سرعت بیشتری دارد. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تبیین پدیدارنگارانهی پیامدهای سبکرهبری منفی با تاکید بر دو جنبهی برجستهی آن، یعنی رهبری بهعنوان نظارت سوءاستفادهگرایانه، و رهبری آزادگرایانه، در مدیران دانشگاه فرهنگیان براساس مدل اینارسن (2007 )، انجام گرفت. این پژوهش، یک پژوهش کیفی با طرح پدیدارنگاری تفسیری بود. برای اینمنظور، تعداد14 نفر از متخصصان و اساتید مدیریت و رهبری آموزشی و مدیریت رفتارسازمانی، در سطح دانشگاه فرهنگیان، و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند ملاکمحور و براساس اصل اشباع نظری، بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و دادهها از طریق مصاحبهی نیمه ساختاریافته با اینافراد گردآوری شد. متن مصاحبهها پس از مکتوبسازی با رویکرد دیکلمن و روش تحلیل مضمون در نرم افزار2018 MAXQDA مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت. برخی از دادهها نیز بر اساس مرور نتایج مطالعات پیشین در این زمینه جمعآوری گردید. یافتهها نشان دادند که هر دو نوع سبک رهبری، پیامدهای منفی قابلتوجهی از جمله: روان پریشی ، ناکار آمدی، قصد جابجایی بالاتر، افزایش مرخصی، عدم رضایتشغلی، خودشیفتگی رهبر، ضعف عملکرد، بیعدالنی، اثربخشی پایین، رقتار خصمانه و... هم برای سازمانها، هم برای پیروان و هم برای رهبران دارند. و همچنین هم رهبری بهمعنی نظارت نادرست، و هم رهبری به سبک آزادگرایانه، از نظر رفتارهای واقعی رهبر، بسیار متفاوت هستند. با توجه به مؤلفههای بهدست آمده، به مسئولان دانشگاه پیشنهاد میشود ضمن مطالعه و آشنایی با سبکهای منفی رهبری، رهبرانی برای پردیسها و مراکز آموزشی انتخاب کنند که خصایص ناپسند این سبک رهبری را | ||
