چکیده | ||
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیررهبری اخلاقی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان و قصد ترک شغل با نقش میانجی انگیزش درونی در بین مدیران دانشگاهی استان گلستان میباشد. جمعآوری دادهها در این پژوهش به روش میدانی و ابزار جمعآوری دادهها پرسشنامه استاندارد شریف و اتان (2018) بوده است. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش مدیران دانشگاهی در استان گلستان به تعداد 205 نفر بوده است و حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان 135 نفر و به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردیده است. پایایی پرسشنامه به روش آلفای کرونباخ تأیید گردید. در ضمن، برای بررسی و تحلیل آزمون فرضیههای تحقیق از روش معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرمافزار اسمارت پیالاس استفاده شده است. نتایج آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش نشان داد که: 1- رهبری اخلاقی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی تأثیرگذار است؛ 2- رهبری اخلاقی بر قصد ترک شغل تأثیرگذار است؛ 3- رهبری اخلاقی بر انگیزش درونی تأثیرگذار است؛ 4- انگیزش درونی بر رفتارشهروندی سازمانی تأثیرگذار است؛ 5- انگیزش درونی بر قصد ترک شغل تأثیرگذار نیست. | ||
