چکیده | ||
Quantum management increases employee empowerment and the components of quantum management predict improving inter organizational relationships and employee organizational performance. The purpose of this research was to design a relationship model between quantum management and organizational citizenship behavior of employees of the Iraqi Ministry of Sports. Methods:The present research is of the correlational type. The statistical population of this research was 496 employees and managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Iraq out of which a sample of 392 individuals were randomly selected as a main sample. To collect the research data, we used Podsakov's (2000) Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire and Shelton and Darling's (2000) Quantum Management Skills. The face and content validity of the questionnaire were confirmed and the reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.854 and 0.743, respectively. Kolmogorov Smirnov tests, Pearson correlation, structural equation modeling, PLS and SPSS software were used for data analysis and testing the proposed hypothesis. Results: The results of the correlation coefficient test showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between quantum management and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: Therefore, it can be said that the greater the use of quantum management methods by managers, the higher the increase in employees' organizational citizenship behavior. Consequently, by implementing corrective measures and adopting quantum management, the Iraqi Ministry of Sports can enhance organizational performance and boost employee satisfaction and commitment. | ||
