چکیده | ||
مقدمه و هدف: استعدادیابی و هدایت تحصیلی بهعنوان یکی از ارکان اساسی در توسعه استعدادها و انتخاب مسیر شغلی و تحصیلی دانشآموزان، نیازمند الگوهای جامع و علمی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تدوین مولفه ها و عناصر و تعیین اعتبار الگوی استعدادیابی و هدایت تحصیلی دانش آموزان در مدارس البرز بود. روششناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر با روش کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه دادهبنیاد انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل صاحبنظران و متخصصان مشاوره، راهنمایی شغلی و هدایت تحصیلی بود که از میان آنها 12 نفر به روش نمونهگیری نظری برای مصاحبه عمیق انتخاب شدند. مصاحبهها تا اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. برای اعتبارسنجی الگوی پیشنهادی، 14 متخصص بهصورت نمونهگیری هدفمند مشارکت داشتند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مصاحبه با متخصصان و مشاوران مدارس بود. جهت بررسی روایی محتوایی الگوی پیشنهادی، از شاخص روایی محتوایی(CVI) و مناسبت کلی(S-CVI) استفاده شد. یافتهها: شاخص روایی محتوایی(CVI) نشان دهنده جامعیت قضاوت های مربوط به روایی یا قابلیت مدل، یا ابزار نهایی می باشد. از آنجایی که حداقل مقدار قابل قبول برای CVI برابر با 79/0 است، نتایج نشان می هد که این عدد برای تمام معیارهای الگو بالای 79/0 است و لذا می توان نتیجه گرفت که الگوی پیشنهادی از روایی محتوایی مناسبی برخورد است. بحث و نتیجهگیری: با توجه نتایج، الگوی استعدادیابی و هدایت تحصیلی میتواند به دانشآموزان امکان طراحی و راهبردیکردن آینده شغلی و تحصیلی خود را بدهد و به آنها اعتماد به نفس و امید بیشتری برای دستیابی به اهداف خود ببخشد. | ||
